What started as an urgent civilian response to war has become a global grassroots movement with one clear goal: fuel the strength of Israel’s soldiers—body and soul.
Beef Up Our Boys was born in the days following October 7th, with a simple mission: bring high-quality, kosher biltong and beef jerky to the frontlines. These aren’t just snacks—they’re protein-packed, shelf-stable lifelines that keep soldiers nourished in the harshest conditions.
As demand grew, so did we. Today, we’re proud to operate a reopened family-owned factory just 7 kilometers from the Gaza border—employing local residents and producing thousands of beef jerky packs a day for combat units across all fronts.
Our mission is personal. It’s practical. And it’s powered by love.
